Influenced by the underground styles of life, where we meet the extravaganza of the free spirits.
BACKGROUND
I am passionate with the art of drag. Discovering that form of freedom and expression built the artist that I am today.
So I went out there, explored the underground cultures to meet those unique people. And I took all that energy back home, and put everything in my creations. Because it’s the only thing I want to do, creating cool images to escape this grey world.
EXPERIENCES
So naturally, I turn my professional life towards the arts. I started my career as a graphic designer. My very first client as an independent was a music collective. I was designing the promotional posters for techno parties !
One thing led to another, and I started to do photoshoots so we could use our own pictures for the posters. I had zero experiences as a photographer, I learn everything by randomly trying things out, making mistakes and finding how to still make it work afterwords. That really taught me how to be adaptable and to always come up with a solution. Only then I realized that this is where I was supposed to be. Behind my camera, with the people, to make them shine.
PHOTOGRAPHY
Sharing a moment, getting to know someone, what makes them who they are, find their voice and put the spotlight on that; exude their essence and make something happening. I want my pictures to scream, I want people to feel things. And my favorite part, is to see the glint in the eyes of my clients when they see themselves and how f*cking cool they are !
This is why I am a photographer. Life through my camera just seems way more exciting and colorful ! And I wish to share this vision with everyone…
